Season start against the Augsburg Centurions

It's finally starting again! After a long preparation, we'll kick off the new season on Saturday, April 26th – and right from the start, we'll have a real highlight: our first home game under floodlights.

At 6 p.m. we meet the Augsburg Centurions – a team that, like us, is freshly formed and entering the Regionalliga Süd. And we promise you: This evening will be special.

New year, new team, new energy

Last season was tough. Not a single win, a lot of frustration – but also the realization: Things can't go on like this. So we rolled up our sleeves and completely reorganized.

New coaching staff, fresh spirit, strong new recruits – our new quarterback , Matthew O'Meara, brings not only a strong throwing arm, but also leadership. Our receivers, including Anthony Green and Noah Grundmann, provide pace and wit. We've not only developed athletically, but also as a team. We're ready. And we're excited for this kickoff.

Augsburg also starts anew

The Augsburg Centurions are a thrilling opponent right from the start. The team was newly formed at the beginning of the year – emerging from the former Augsburg Raptors – and brings a lot of ambition. Their coach is a veteran with first-league experience: Eugen Haaf. The team is young, fast, and ambitious.

Sounds like an open exchange of blows, right? That's exactly how it should be.

More than just football: DJ, floodlights and after-game party

This game will be more than just a sport. We want to celebrate with you! Starting at 5 p.m., a DJ will be playing in our stadium, with cold drinks, snacks, and the best atmosphere in ages. And after the game? We're not going to switch off just yet – we'll toast the start of the season with you at our after-game party .

And then the whole thing under floodlights… pure goosebumps.
